A DAY IN THE LIFE

We are looking for Baristas with an aspiration of becoming an Assistant Manager or Store Manager, to develop and cross train in every aspect of:

Leadership – The ability to positively lead and develop a team while following all franchise regulations.

Administrative – The ability to efficiently staff and stock a store while meeting all deadlines and operating within payroll and inventory budgets.

Organizational – The ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment both inside and outside the store.

Customer Service – The ability to build sales and develop loyal relationships with customers by providing outstanding products and amazing service in a fast, friendly, efficient manner.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter’s Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage, training, and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
