Candidates must possess a wide array of handyman skills including: drywall repair, carpentry, electrical, HVAC knowledge, plumbing, appliance repair is a plus.

Duties:

- Perform routine general home repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems
- Toilet repair/plumbing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Provide detailed description of work performed

- Wide array of home repair knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Expected hours: 20 per week
