**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our facilities and equipment.

**Duties:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairs.

- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues.

- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors when needed.

- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and logic controllers to diagnose electrical problems.

- Fabricate parts to repair machinery or equipment.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in residential painting techniques.

- Experience in supervising maintenance projects.

- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

- Skilled in fabricating parts for repairs.

- Strong leadership skills to coordinate maintenance tasks effectively.

- Proficient in English for effective communication.
