The Smile Lodge is looking for a part-time Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facilities clean and well-maintained in efforts to give our patients an exceptional experience each and every time. Our Maintenance Assistant would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas of our office(s) such as: restrooms, lobbies, procedure rooms, hallway floors, windows as well as the grounds.

Job Duties:

• Light housekeeping- Dusting and cleaning surfaces. Tidying restrooms and other spaces throughout the office as well as emptying filled garbage cans.
• Landscaping- The right candidate must be able to lift at least 30lbs and be comfortable using light landscaping equipment such as: leaf blower, weed whacker, snow blower

Schedule:

• Flexible 3-day work week, working 7a-12p. Possible additional hours determined by the Lead Custodian based on projects that need additional support.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
