Full job description- Life-Skills DSP

We are looking for people who will work together to:

  • Advocate and support adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities by empowering them to be as active in their lives as they can.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for adult disabled individuals by being a positive role model and provide the highest quality of service
  • Be comfortable with behaviors that may arise
  • Assist with activities of daily living (I.E personal hygiene and care which will include showering and toileting), medical appointments, community recreational activities, and functional activities
  • Maintain certifications, confidential files and complete daily reports

schedule: (700-05) Saturday 8a-2p, Sunday 11a-7p, Monday 2p-10p, Tuesday and Wednesday 5p-10p (32 hours)

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record, reliable transportation
