Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective residents
- Provide a professional, positive, and engaging experience for prospects while touring the apartment homes and community
- Process applications and lease renewals, and complete all related paperwork accurately and timely
- Proactively manage sales, outreach, and lead generation, converting leads into sales
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Recognize trends in customer issues and advise management
- Respond to and record all internet leads, prospective calls, and in-person visits
- Conduct property tours with prospects to market the features and benefits of living at our community
- Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and work to achieve 100% occupancy
- Correctly prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork
- Secure and process applications, collect deposits and/or fees
- Organize and file appropriate reports, leases and paperwork.
- Assists Property Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, move-out inventory, market surveys, etc.
