Position: Lead Setter

Job Description: As a Lead Setter, you will be an integral part of our sales team, helping to generate leads by knocking on doors and engaging with potential customers. This role is perfect for those who are unafraid to knock on doors and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Door-to-door canvassing to identify and engage potential customers
• Schedule appointments for our sales consultants
• Provide information about our solar energy solutions
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday through Friday: 3 PM to Sunset
• Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM
• Training Schedule (First Week Only): Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 9:30 AM
• Weekly Meetings: Sometimes held on Tuesday at 1 PM

Compensation:

• $15 per hour for the first month, provided base target goals are met
• Commission-based pay after the first month
• Expected earnings: $60,000 to $80,000 per year, with no cap for top earners

Requirements:

• Must have a car and a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
