Position Summary
Employee is expected to assist Customer Service Attendant and support management in the efficient operation of the store by assisting customers, performing cleaning and administrative tasks. Primarily responsible for completing short and long-term client laundry projects.
Duties include:
· Assist customers with use of self-serve laundromat equipment
· Report any immediate customer or equipment emergencies
· Processing and coordination of wash, dry and fold project work
· May serve as back-up to Customer Service Attendant (with restrictions).
· Promotional campaign execution: phone calls, material distribution, etc.
· Completion of cleaning and administrative tasks.
· Other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirement
- Track record of dependability (past-proven experience preferred)
- Be professional and courteous with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift (up to) 30lbs. on a regular basis
- Follow directions from management; show desire to learn
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Good clerical skills
- Strong preference for second language

Available Hours
Note: Schedule allows for two weekends off per month.
Saturday afternoon (every other week) 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM *
Sunday afternoon (every other week) 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM *
*Shift pays additional 20% weekend differential pay rate.
