DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrive at select locations at designated times to begin completion of assigned tasks relevant to specific location
• Read and follow product label usage instructions
• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Use proper PPE where required
• Must be able to work independently or in a group
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of the vehicle, equipment, material, and consumables
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Adheres to all company best practices, following safety protocols
• All other duties or projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
• 1+ Year of Janitorial experience preferred, but not necessary! Willing to train the right candidate!
• Ability to work with people in a professional manner
• Maintains a valid and current driver’s license
• Successfully pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to take and provide clear directions and respond accordingly to coworkers with professionalism and respect
• Ability to use relevant electronic devices
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different situations
