**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. **Duties:** - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways and lobbies - Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs - Follow cleaning schedules and procedures **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing - Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery - Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning practices - Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with room for growth. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.05 - $13.24 per hour
