Overview:

We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the overall appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Duties:

- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting

- Maintain and clean restrooms, including replenishing supplies

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly

Clean baking pans and utensils

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

- Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and buffing

- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

- Follow established safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
