Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Windows operating systems, software troubleshooting, and customer service. Duties: - Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware and software troubleshooting Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve user issues in a timely manner - Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed - Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference Skills: - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems - Experience with software troubleshooting and technical support - Familiarity with network concepts, including LAN and VPN - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
