We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, organized, with great skills in communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail person to work part-time to search clients for our company. It would be a 3-month CONTRACT with the possible hire of a full-time employee.
Responsibilities:
· Speaking with individuals to get their personal (medical, mental, or legal) information.
· Using the gathered information to guide them to the right service, department, or office.
· Coordinating meet and greet.
· Processing paperwork.
· Ensuring forms have the proper signatures and that they're filled out correctly.
· Answering and taking note of incoming inquiries.
· Following up with clients and sharing vital information.
· Keeping all information confidential.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Time: 9 AM to 2 PM
