SUMMARY: Increasing our interactions with key contacts global financial institutions, via phone, web, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling tools.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understands the definition and place in the sales chain of the Sales Rep, Current Distributor, Potential Distributor and User. Can accurately answer questions and pricing to each segment.

· Sources new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.

· Researches accounts, identifies key players and generates interest.

· Provides ordering and purchasing information to customers including but not limited to quoting, and histories as requested.

· Generates new business and ensures growth of existing accounts.

· Gains and retains extensive product selection application knowledge as well as detailed comprehension of customer's requirements.

  • Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers

by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and

services that are most appropriate to their situation.

  • Responds effectively to customers’ requests.

· Process Customer RGA’s for everything except mfg defects.

  • Maintains knowledge of changes to customers and/or Airmaster product lines.
  • Supports marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Accurately updates and inputs customer / order information as received and completed.
  • Cross-sells additional products by making quality referrals and recognizing

opportunities as they arise.

  • Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.

· Manages creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified.

· Handles inbound calls and provides callers with product and service information.

  • Active contributor and participant in a positive workplace and maintaining the culture personally
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One to two years related experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Products and related software.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and

committees.

  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various

backgrounds.

  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used

in the workplace.

  • Bilingual skills a plus.

priorities with enthusiasm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
