SUMMARY: Increasing our interactions with key contacts global financial institutions, via phone, web, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling tools.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understands the definition and place in the sales chain of the Sales Rep, Current Distributor, Potential Distributor and User. Can accurately answer questions and pricing to each segment.
· Sources new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
· Researches accounts, identifies key players and generates interest.
· Provides ordering and purchasing information to customers including but not limited to quoting, and histories as requested.
· Generates new business and ensures growth of existing accounts.
· Gains and retains extensive product selection application knowledge as well as detailed comprehension of customer's requirements.
- Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
- Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers
by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and
services that are most appropriate to their situation.
- Responds effectively to customers’ requests.
· Process Customer RGA’s for everything except mfg defects.
- Maintains knowledge of changes to customers and/or Airmaster product lines.
- Supports marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Accurately updates and inputs customer / order information as received and completed.
- Cross-sells additional products by making quality referrals and recognizing
opportunities as they arise.
- Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
· Manages creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified.
· Handles inbound calls and provides callers with product and service information.

- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One to two years related experience or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Products and related software.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and
committees.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
