L Consultancy LLC is a growing service agency. We provide mental health therapeutic services in Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, and Monmouth counties.

As a Clinician, you play a direct role in facilitating therapeutic intervention in the lives of youth and their families. You will partner with the clinical director for supervision to ensure the best possible longstanding outcomes of healing, growth, and psycho-education for youth and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic intervention and psychoeducation to youth and their families
• Create, review, and implement treatment plans
• Facilitate effective frustration tolerance management and healthy coping skills
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and write BA treatment plans, when necessary
• Foster articulation of emotions and emotion regulation skills development
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Must have LAC, LSW, LCSW, or LPC in the state of New Jersey
• Must be willing to obtain malpractice insurance
• Must have your masters degree
• Previous experience in mental health counseling
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and caregivers
• Self-starter

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
