Responsibilities Include:

• It is the primary responsibility of all Ice Production team members to make sure that all ice orders for the week can be fulfilled to the size specification and quantity for each client. This means making more than what is just needed for the day, but also getting ahead for large orders down the pipeline.
• Efficiently and effectively packing coolers for delivery of luxury ice product to local bars, restaurants, distilleries, and hotels.
• Organizing all stocked ice in a consistent manner in designated freezers, maintaining proper count of ice cubes/bags needed for each order. Removing old/damaged ice from client's storage and replacing it in a timely manner.
• Help maintain a white-glove service to clients by keeping storage freezers free of frost build-up and in good working condition.
• Daily maintenance of all equipment to ensure the business is abiding by all FDA regulations
• Maintaining a SAFE work environment for yourself and the employees who work around you by keeping a tidy workspace and communicating clearly and effectively with other employees.
• Strong communication with the entire team to guarantee all orders are going out correctly and timely.

Specific Job Requirements Include:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be comfortable operating dangerous machinery including a chain saw and a band saw
• Must be able to move a 300 lb. block of ice with a dolly without assistance (training will be provided)
• Must be able to lift a 75 lb. cooler without assistance
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must possess a strong work ethic and be able to multi-task
• Must be dependable and show up for work on time
• Must own a smart phone (for clocking in and seeing delivery schedules through a shared app)
