What We Want:

The HR Coordinator will possess 3+ years of experience and be technically savvy. Candidates will possess outstanding organization and time management skills while demonstrating a high-level of professionalism. Knowledge of payroll regulations and laws, as well as experience with payroll software such as ADP and Google Apps is essential to the HR Coordinator role. This is a part-time only position.

What You’ll Do:

As the HR Coordinator, you will verify timekeeping records, run payroll, reconcile discrepancies, and adhere to labor laws. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting employees with payroll operations, and managing supplies and inventory. Additional responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include coordinating events and meetings, scheduling, and posting job openings.
