Keystone is looking for a
HR Assistant to work in our corporate office in South Holland, IL Monday through Friday (30 hours per week).
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Track Employee Time and Attendance files and documentation
- Generate bi-weekly time and activities reports for payroll processing
- Process month end staffing, quality, and activity reports
- Serve as Primary Contact for Employee Correspondence and questions
- Process Onboarding documentation and requirements for New Hires
- Prepare reports and financial data in Excel and other software applications
- Assist the management and recruiting team by scheduling, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and interviews.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Mail, scan, fax and copy confidential documents
- Oversee, use and maintenance of all office equipment and office supplies
- Receive and direct visitors
- Run Errands as required
- Other Duties as assigned
Required Qualifications/Skills: - Some College Coursework, Associates Degree Preferred but not required.
- 3 years or more of experience performing payroll and HR administrative duties.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong computer and Internet research skills
- Sensitivity to confidential matters
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Project coordination experience
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients, and vendors.
- Valid Driver’s License
