Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory levels for cleaning products and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to uphold health and safety regulations.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, including training new staff members on best practices.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields such as hotel or industrial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
