**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. **Duties:** - Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Provide menus and answer inquiries about menu items - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service - Handle phone calls and take reservations - Help with guest services and address any concerns **Experience:** - Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Knowledge of phone etiquette and reservation systems is a plus Join our team and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
