Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of care. This role requires a strong commitment to resident rights, direct support, and caregiving. Whether you have experience in a nursing home, home care, or other healthcare settings, we welcome you to apply.

Candidates should have a valid drivers license, own car and Spanish Speaking is required for this position.

Hours are Monday Wednesday and Friday 9a-1p.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure resident privacy and confidentiality
- Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for their needs
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
