Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduler. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing appointments for our Home Care Agency. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Schedule caregiver with clients and maintain the appointment calendar
- Coordinate with caregivers to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize lag times
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding our services
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers, ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date caregiver records in the system
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in scheduling or administrative support is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working in a home care agency is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.67 - $17.97 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
