Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking bi-lingual Hiring and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the onboarding process from interviewing to orientation and training support for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Spanish.

**Duties:**

- Schedule and conduct interviews for the production team

- Conduct orientation sessions and training programs for new employees

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during onboarding

- Assist in managing employee documentation and HR systems for efficient and compliant onboarding procedures

- Provide support and guidance to new hires throughout their integration period

- Provide support to the management and administrative team by translating for team members

**Requirements:**

- Excellent personal and communication skills

- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

- Familiarity with HR operations and HRIS systems is a plus but not required

- Familiarity with online recruting platforms a plus

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
