Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our client's homes. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strong background in housekeeping management.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Handle complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services

Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of housekeeping practices in the assisted living industry is preferred
- Experience in custodial or janitorial services is a plus
