Job Description

High Concrete Group LLC combines innovation, proven technology, more than three-quarters of a century's experience as a precast company, and nearly 50 years as a pre-caster to give our customers the first-rate service, technical support, and precast products they need to bring their designs to life!

We are seeking college and high school students for temporary summer help to work at our High Concrete Group!

This is a full-time Summer position, working 40 hours per week. The position starts at $20.00/hr.

Our Co-Op Summer position will allow you to experience and learn about High Concrete in our different departments throughout our Plant!

Production Helper

  • Gather parts to be placed in forms for layout
  • Fabricate steel bars into cages for precast pieces
  • Prepare forms for the days's pour by cleaning, caulking and oiling forms
  • Clean and return tools to storage area daily

Yard Clean Up

  • Required to organize yard and assist in performing general housekeeping duties
  • May be required to assist in painting buildings.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Familiarity reading blue prints a plus
