I am looking for a person that does yard work and that can do minor handyman work. This position pays cash $25.00/HR. Paid every other week. About 10-20 hours per week. Single family home that has several acres behind Norton Commons area. Looking to fill this position immediately and be able to work through early fall.

Work to include but not limited to:
Grass cutting
Tree trimming
Weeding and mulching
Cutting down small trees and overgrowth of forest.
Trimming bushes (lots of them)
Cleaning pool weekly
Cleaning and working on maintaining pond
Organizing garage and barn and maintaining
Sealing concrete
Light power washing of driveway and patio areas and seal coating
Cleaning gutters
Various landscaping work
Patching road

All tools will be provided you can work when you are able to between 8:30am and up to 4pm Monday thru Friday as schedule allows.

Must come into office to interview and will be required to pass background and drug test.
