The Shay brings much-desired amenities to the growing and thriving neighborhood. The Shay includes great views from our rooftop restaurant and pool scene at Canopy Club. We feature 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, a vibrant and popular first floor restaurant, a fireside lounge, and an active game room. For those athletes in the house, our state of the art fitness center features both Peloton and TRX in outdoor and indoor spaces.
We are looking for professionals who can quickly perpetuate a culture that embraces great design and superlative service. We want people who have a passion for exceptional hotel service, and who best express that belief in an atmosphere of spontaneity and authenticity.

The hourly range for this position is from $24.26 to $30.33. This is the pay range for this position that The Shay reasonably expects to pay.
Guest Service Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You will be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we would love to hear from you!
