Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate to fill the role of Guest Service Agent. The responsibilities are but not limited to registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have knack for customer service, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Registering guests collecting necessary information (ie: contact details and exact dates of their stay and room types)
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for our Arrivals
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
  • Communicate concerns or issues to direct supervisor

Requirements:

  • Prefer someone with experience but are willing to train
  • Great customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate
  • Excellent telephone etiquette

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Overnight shift
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • In-person

Experience:

  • Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
