Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling all guest comments and concerns, assisting Flash Pass guests with sales and concerns, selling and issuing of daily tickets, season passes, and group orders, and assisting VIP guests throughout their day. All job duties must be performed with a friendly and fun attitude. Positions rotate between Guest Relations, Flash Pass, Guest Services, and VIP Services.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To perform all duties related to guest relations and will call areas including handling guest concerns, compliments, suggestions, and providing information to guests.
  • Use of computer programs required.
  • Basic math skills are essential.
  • Attendant must have the ability to distinguish different types of coupons
  • Ability to compare the guest height with a wall marker.
  • Assist guests with directions and information related to all areas and departments of the park.
  • Attendant must be able to work in a fast-pace environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Attendant must be self-motivated and must interact well with other employees and departments.
  • This position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time as well as bending
  • This requires promotion of a safe working environment and elimination of hazards
