Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
- Creates experiences-indoors and out-that every guest will want to repeat.
- Greets guests with warm welcome starting with introduction and using guest’s name whenever possible.
- Continues with magical service by taking and filling orders accurately.
- Ends with fond farewell (thank you) using guest’s name.
- Obtains and assumes responsibility for bank.
- Checks fuel and fluid levels on cart before use
- Follows all procedures – including opening and closing inventories – for obtaining food, ice, beverages, and other sundries.
- Meets every guest at least two times on both nines.
- Reconciles bank and inventory.
- Cleans and stores cart.
- Shares responsibility for maintenance of clubhouse
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to demonstrate passion for providing exceptional customer service through every guest interaction to create repeat guest visits.
- Demonstrates ability to go above and beyond to meet guest expectations.
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
- Able to work well independently with little supervision
- Ability to learn the structure and function of all clubhouse and golf course.
- Basic mathematical ability, ability to count and reconcile cash.
- Ability to learn and follow all safety, emergency, and accident prevention procedures.
- Ability to follow all OSHA and food handling procedures.
- Able to use fire extinguishers and any other emergency equipment needed to ensure personal and guest safety.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None.
Experience/ Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/hospitality environment.
- Trained in First Aid, CPR & AED or able to complete training needed on own time within 30 days of employment.
- Must be able to have flexible schedule, which early morning, weekends and holidays if needed.
- Must be able to obtain Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card at one’s own expense prior to beginning of employment.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
