Established Property Management Company with over 2000 units across middle TN is looking for a hardworking sub contractor General Handyman and Inspector to assist us with work orders, turnovers, and rehabs in the Morristown area.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Experience in General Contractors/ Handyman type repairs including some or all of the following:

• Plumbing
• CHA
• Electrical
• HVAC
• Repair
• Painting
• Flooring
• Lighting/Fixture repair and replacement
• Site up clean

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs
- Install, repair, and maintain various fixtures and appliances

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have own transportation
• Must have your own equipment and tools
• You are reliable and hardworking
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Maximum 30 mins away from the area
• We do require general workmen compensation insurance or an exemption, we can help you get it!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.62 - $24.83 per hour
