This position is for Stevens students currently enrolled. Must have at least 6 credits. Requirement: Candidate must have received a Federal Work Study on your Financial Aid Award Letter. The new Director of Undergraduate Research and PhD Program Application in the Office of Undergraduate Academics is looking for an assistant to help out with developing research-related programming and resources. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the office's mission to facilitate undergraduate research.
Responsibilities:
Event Organization and Promotion:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events related to undergraduate research.
  • Promote events to ensure maximum participation and engagement.

Data Formatting and Compilation:
  • Compile and format data relevant to the progress of the office.
  • Generate reports and summaries to inform decision-making processes.

Creativity
This is a new position with new programming and resource creation. Thus, beyond the roles listed above, you may be able to help develop content/activities that help support undergraduate research
