**Overview:** We are seeking a Frontliner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. **Responsibilities:** - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with customers - Provide product demonstrations to customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed effectively - Upsell products to increase sales revenue - Process jewelry sales transactions accurately **Qualifications:** - Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems - Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling - Ability to conduct product demos effectively - Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus - Strong organizational skills to maintain store appearance and inventory - Knowledge of stock management procedures - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Proven track record in upselling techniques This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, develop sales skills, and interact with diverse customers.
