Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Saturdays & other shifts if needed)
Reports to: Front Desk Supervisor
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma /Customer Service Experience / Computer and Phone Skills
Job Knowledge, and Expectations:
· Must demonstrate appropriate analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of the reservation system (ForeTees).
· Full knowledge of POS System (Jonas).
. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Canva and Outlook.
· Knowledge of food menu items.
· Ability to engage with membership questions regarding all club related activities.
· Outgoing, personable, and warmhearted towards members and their guests.
. Grooming and professional presentation a must.
· Hours of operation for the Front Desk are 9am to 8:30pm on Saturdays (Earlier or later depending on club events) and other shifts if needed.
Job Tasks/Duties:
· Actively welcomes members upon arrival at the club and wishing well upon departure.
· Maintains an outgoing and upbeat attitude as the first line of member interaction whilst on property.
· Maintains contact with members and helps to assure maximum member satisfaction.
· Interacts with members answering questions, solving problems, and cleanliness.
· Answer’s phone calls and responds to voicemails by the end of the same business day.
· Assists members in making lunch/dinner or club event reservations.
· Responds to member’s emails once received in a timely fashion.
· Knows how to input take-out orders when called in by members through the POS system.
· Inputs chits from other departments when applicable.
· Prints daily menus as needed for A la Carte services.
· Notifies management when taking lunch or dinner breaks and finds/secures support during this time so there is never a gap in phone answering/greeting membership.
· Any other duties or tasks assigned by supervisor.
