Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Responsible for taking all incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or person. Create service tickets for customers. Other office related duties.
