Are you ready to make an impact in a supportive and fun environment? Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living Community, is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Associate! We’re thrilled to be listed in Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Aging Services!

In this Part-Time Front Desk position, you will provide good customer service to our residents, families, and staff and help support activities for our memory care residents. This position will work 9:00am to 5:30pm Friday and Saturday in Woodwinds, our memory care portion of the building. You may also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts.

We are looking for a positive, welcoming, and flexible individual to join our work family and help us continue providing exceptional care and support to our residents and their families.

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer phones promptly and handle calls/messages professionally.
• Assist with leading activities for our residents.
• Conduct engaging tours and provide room availability information.
• Coordinate services, solve problems, and maintain a clean, friendly environment.
• Facilitate resident transportation and complete required training.
