Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a Greeter to act as a concierge in a fast-paced retail environment.

As the first person that the customer sees when they enter the store and the last person they see before they leave, you will provide a memorable start and end to their in-store experience. When they arrive, you will ensure that they feel welcome and are provided with a personalized customer service experience as promptly as possible. Before they leave you will check that they have everything they need including checking to see that they are registered on our customer database to ensure the highest standards of after care.

As front of house, you will also use your excellent communication skills to answer the telephone, ensuring prompt, pro-active and professional follow up as well as contacting customers to let them know about our upcoming events and launches and to book them in for consultations. Qualifications


Anticipated Hourly Range $16.00 to $19.80 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget). Qualifications

  • Previous retail/guest services experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous cash handling experience is desirable
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
