This person will possess the customer service skills at the front desk and Retail area. The position is the front facing and customer centered. You should be able to greet the customers by name and have a warm inviting personality. You should be a good listener, reliable and able to problem solve.

This is a part time Year Round Position that consists of Two Seasons with the following work schedule:
Summer Season (June, July & August):
Mondays 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Wednesdays 5:00pm - 8:00pm
*the ability to sub in other shifts

Regular Season (September - May):
Mondays 5:00pm - 10:30pm
Wednesdays 5:00pm - 10:30pm
*the ability to sub in other shifts

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Club Functions:

• Welcomes, smiles and greets customers for service
• Positively represents Apex Racket and Fitness
• Provides membership sales and conducts Club tour
• Associate is to be on-time and present
• Answers the phone with a good customer greeting
• Handles complex customer complaints to positive resolutions with the clients
• Fields questions from the customers
• Cash handling skills
• Recommends and provides suggestions of services to customers on Club offerings

- Performs opening/ closing duties of the Club
- Must be over 21

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

• Evenings as needed

• Monday to Friday
