Weekend Nanny Needed for 3-5Year Olds !

Hello! We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and experienced nanny to join our family as a weekend caregiver for our three wonderful children aged 3, 4, and 5. Our two older children are boys, and our youngest is a girl. If you have a passion for working with young children and creating a positive environment, this position is perfect for you!

Job Details:

- Position: Weekend Nanny

- Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 9am-9pm

- Rate: $17 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Engage with the children by planning fun games and activities suitable for their age group (3-6 years old).

- Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes outdoor activities like trips to the park or playground in the morning, followed by arts and crafts in the afternoon.

- Assist with bathing, feeding, and changing the children when necessary.

- Focus on building a strong connection with the children, gaining their trust, and providing a safe and nurturing environment.

- Be patient, understanding, and equipped to handle tantrums, helping the children de-escalate and learn appropriate ways to express themselves.

Requirements:

- Prior experience working as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.

- Fluent in Spanish (preferred).

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with children.

- Patience, understanding, and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.

- Strong organizational skills to manage daily activities and routines.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to the scheduled hours.

Additional Information:

- The mother will always be present to support with the day's activities. In her absence, a housekeeper or family member will be available to assist.

- Food will be provided for the nanny during the working hours, so there's no need to bring your own meals.
