THE JOB:

As a Fountain Worker, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests in our quick-service restaurants. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.7957/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.

• Handle cash transactions according to procedures.

• Keep both front and back areas clean and tidy, including clearing tables and sweeping dining areas discreetly.

• Pack orders according to guest preferences, including condiments.

• Label and date products correctly for safety.

• Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.

• Unload and organize stock from deliveries, keeping work areas stocked and orderly.

• Address guest complaints within your authority, or escalate to management when needed, and report any unusual events or missing items to supervisors or security.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
