Food Service Associate Food Service Associate is responsible for two primary roles, Starter and Dishwashing. They are also responsible for initial tray set-up of patient room service trays and for washing dishes upon return of trays. They must properly clean, sanitize, and maintain service, preparation, and delivery areas and equipment in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Complies with sanitation regulations and standards established by all regulatory agencies., Effectively participates in tray assembly of cold ticket items. May assist with hot items as needed. , Ensures that all foods are covered, labeled, dated and timed in accordance with HACCP guidelines., Ensures that all necessary items are located on the meal tray as it starts on the tray line.
