Now Hiring Food Preparer for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Typical day starts at 8am and ends around 3-4pm. Business dictates completion time. Great part time job that can lead to full time working other positions. Job includes tip sharing on top of hourly wage.

Duties Include but not limited too:

• Print time & temp and check the chemicals first thing in the morning
• Fill sanitizer buckets
• Do your count and notify the manager of any hot (0) items
• Start your veggies (these take priority over meats)
• While you’re chopping veggies your slicer should be slicing meats
• Communicate once again with the MOD before we open about any needs
• Complete your entire prep build the day of, do not leave any sliced meat in the walk-in
• Detail clean your area and prep equipment
• Produce order to be completed by 1:30pm daily
• Once everything is completed you will do a walk through with your MOD
• Learn BOH lines to assist during busy lunches

Must have prep experience. Food handlers card is required which we will assist you with if you do not have. Reliable transportation is very important.
