Overview:

Food and Beverage Attendants are responsible for welcoming Customers , providing recommendations, preparing quality, and consistent menu items in addition to delivering timely service to ensure "Best in Class" customer experience. Our Food and Beverage Attendants are knowledgeable about our product offerings, anticipate customer needs, and exhibit genuine enthusiasm in all they do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire memorable experiences by providing "Best in Class" customer service and remaining attentive to customer needs.
• Interact with customers in-person and over the phone to ensure the best customer experience.
• Prepare and serve menu item while exhibiting genuine enthusiasm, energy, and urgency.
• Process food and beverage orders accurately and timely.
• Uphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain compliance.
• Utilize the point of sale system and process orders, payments, and deposits.
• Conduct opening/closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and report operational issues.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Must by 18 years of age.
• Cash handling and food handling experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and get it done attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
