Looking for experienced Fedex delivery drivers to make local deliveries and pickups for an expanding logistics force in the industry.

Amazon Driving experience is acceptable.

Looking to hire 3-5 positions as soon as possible.

Pay: $17 to 20/hr depending on experience

Requirements:

-At least 21 years of age

-Must be available to work Monday to Saturday 8:30 to 7 pm

- Candidates currently working with existing Fedex contractors preferred

-Must be able to drive a delivery vehicle - Cargo Van or Box-trucks upto 16 foot.

-Must pass background check and drug test

-Clean driving record

-Must be punctual, reliable and honest

Delivery drivers have a variety of duties in addition to driving their routes and making their deliveries. Other important responsibilities include:

Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck

Communicating with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveries

Meeting delivery deadlines

Performing basic truck maintenance

Loading and unloading cargo

Tracking shipments and deliveries

Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed

Job Type: Full-time or part-time - ranging from 24 to 40 hours. Hours driven by volume and also driver productivity
