As Facilities Support, you'll work closely with the facilities team to maintain and monitor the physical appearance as well as the repair of branch equipment at the branch facilities in the Fox Valley area. As a Facilities Support with Community First Credit Union you will:

• Perform daily visual inspection of facility and grounds to ensure proper appearance prior to the start of the business day.
• Monitor and maintain drive up area including kiosks, oil spillage, ATM machines, lighting and other maintenance related items at branch locations.
• Provide lawn, tree, scrub and flowerbed care at the branches as seasonally required.
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and entranceways, utilizing shovels and snow throwers. Routinely lift bags of ice melt weighting 50-80lbs.
• Maintain and repair electrical/plumbing and HVAC equipment/systems.
• Provide carpentry and painting work as needed for smaller scale projects.
• Occasionally work irregular hours due to business needs.

We are looking for a combination of:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven maintenance and carpentry experience
• Attention to detail and conscientiousness.
• Proven experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment/systems.
• Basic computer skills for email and timecard entry, and potential experience with work order systems
