Job Summary:
The executive scheduler is responsible for managing the daily schedules and appointments of top-level executives. Their responsibilities include arranging meetings, coordinating schedules, and handling last-minute changes, along with securing space to conduct meetings. They must be efficient and organized to handle multiple tasks effectively. Besides, they are responsible for handling confidential information and ensuring that executives are well-prepared for meetings and appointments with the necessary materials and information.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Critical thinking, flexibility, and organizational skills are needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduling for leadership, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Assist in the resolution of complex, highly sensitive, and confidential administrative matters.
  • Organize and prepare meetings, including gathering documents, food and refreshments, and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Prioritize emails and respond on behalf of leadership when necessary.
