Job Title: Executive Functioning Coach for Students

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Functioning Coach to work with students in developing essential organizational, time management, and study skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students succeed academically and thrive in their personal lives.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement in executive functioning skills.

2. Develop customized coaching plans tailored to each student's needs and goals.

3. Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to teach and reinforce strategies for organization, time management, task initiation, goal setting, and emotional regulation.

4. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support students' holistic development.

5. Monitor students' progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.

6. Offer ongoing guidance and encouragement to help students build confidence and independence.

7. Stay current on research and best practices in executive functioning coaching and related fields.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Previous experience working with students in an educational or coaching capacity.

- Strong understanding of executive functioning skills and their importance for academic success.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.

- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to students' individual needs.

- Certification or training in coaching, counseling, or related areas is a plus.
