We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Retail Shipping Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shipping and printing experience for all customers. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating desired products/services.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Offer friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize basic math skills to accurately process payments and manage cash register operations.

- Assist customers with packaging, shipping, and tracking their packages.

- Operate shipping software for multiple carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.

- Provide accurate shipping estimates and ensure packages are labeled correctly.

- Operate and maintain large format printers to produce banners, posters, and other oversized prints.

- Handle printing requests for both small-scale and large-scale projects.

- Ensure print quality meets company standards and customer expectations.

- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in using computers, including shipping software and basic office programs.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is beneficial for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate products and engage customers in conversation about their needs.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
