Orbit 19 Lounge in Holiday is looking for an experienced door man on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays from 10pm-2am. We are a respectable establishment with minimal issues. Our ideal candidate is observant and comfortable with the de-escalation of situations. Must be available to work holidays if required.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff
- Monitor and control access to the establishment
- Check IDs and verify age restrictions for entry
- Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a professional manner
- Respond to and resolve conflicts or disturbances
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
- Collaborate with management and other staff members to enforce policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and ability to handle potentially confrontational situations
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus

Note: This position requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
