**Overview:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, while also providing exceptional support to our culinary team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. **Duties:** • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment after each meal service • Operate commercial dishwashers and assist with hand washing when necessary • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed • Provide support to the culinary team during busy periods • Help with catering and banquet events as required • Maintain a clean and organized break room • Ensure all food handling and preparation areas are kept clean and sanitized • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing of the dining area, restrooms, and other areas of the hotel **Requirements:** • Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a hotel or catering setting • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies • Familiarity with food handling and preparation practices • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays • Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service • Certification in food safety or culinary arts is an asset **Skills:** • Experience in food service and preparation • Knowledge of hotel and catering operations • Experience working in a banquet or catering setting • Ability to help others • Knowledge of food handling and preparation practices • Experience in a clean and organized environment • Experience in a culinary or hospitality setting • Experience working in a team environment • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.35 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
